Sofitel Mumbai BKC Hotel
Room was clean. Plugs were not for western devices, coffee machine was much more complicated to use than most. Air conditionee made noise, room service prices were too expensive

Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai
A great 5 star hotel. The staff is so kind, they are the very best of Mumbai! The tall lifeguard (can not remember his name) was very kind and took care of everything in his responsibilities, both in the pool and the steam room.

Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Serviced Apartments
The hotel was excellent, room was clean. Very impressed with everything. Didn’t have breakfast as checked out early but tried the restaurant was lunch which was also excellent. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.
