"The staff at the hotel - especially Eka was very nice! They organized a Balinese ceremony class for us which was very good. We learnt more about Balinese traditions. In terms of amenities there isn’t much besides the heated pool. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a private pool. But the pool was quite unclean and was filled with insects so we couldn’t use it. It is not temperature controlled. Wouldn’t recommend taking a suite for this reason. Food options at the hotel was very limited and most guests including us ended up eating at Munduk Plantation next door instead."

"We booked the forest view room but we were offered to upgrade to the Floating Villas for a discounted price. We accepted and very glad we did. The floating villas are very unique with a beautiful view. I would describe them as somewhat rustic due to the fact that there are small gaps in the floor where you can see light coming through. The floors squeak some as you walk around and the occasional ant can be found inside. That aside we really liked staying in one. The bar and restaurant area is great and the infinity pool overlooks the beautiful Mountain View with sunset views as well. That is a solid 5+. If I could give more than a 5 it would be for the staff. They are a small staff that work very hard, day and night to give the guests the best possible service. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This was our best hotel experience in Bali. The view from the cabin is unbeatable looking into the smoky mountainous rainforest. We also got a free upgrade to à suite. That was awesome. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room comes with tons of perks like free laundry, free souvenirs, afternoon tea, and guided trek through local plantations. The restaurant food was also fantastic. I would highly recommend."
