my room had lights except that I couldn’t charge my phone because there was no electricity in the charging port, the room was cold and the a/c was locked at a lower level. The breakfast was mismanaged it was terrible like they didn’t care who came and ate the food if you were living in the other places and if you walked in and grabbed a plate you can get away with it cause they weren’t checking nothing. Bad experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend!

Quite far from the city center to be charging €20 for parking below the hotel. Look for parking on the side streets.

I wish I didn't have a negative experience about the price I paid for my stay. I could have say that this was a pleasant and basic stay in a clean, well kept hotel in two very small rooms, conveniently located by the Messe.
But unfortunately, I got ripped off. I booked one room weeks in advance hoping to secure my stay and at a lower price. During my checking I discovered that I would have paid $320 less for the 3 night stay if I just booked the same room also through Expedia the same day.
This disappointment also put a dent on my trust in Expedia. It just doesn't make you feel good when you find out later that you have overpaid a 3 night stay by 1/3rd of the price you paid ahead.

I disliked the breakfast, the staff was a constant coin toss of whether or not they'd even attempt to help. I was reprimanded at one point for stealing when I was refilling a bottle with water. The area surrounding is beautiful but I would strongly recommend not bothering with this hotel.

I Walked away to park the car. There was no fridge in the room. It was clean and the serve ice friendly
You must have a special mask to access the restaurant and not with the normal mask. I was upset as I was asked to buy one.
On my way out the receptionist was so kind to offer me and my wife free mask to access the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent.
I know that the hotel cannot do for the restrictions but it’s better to get the info so one can be prepared.
The gym was closed and the receptionist tried to open but we didn’t not asked again as we didn’t have time

they were absolutely obstinate in any request for change of dates. i was travelling at a later date due to some personal reasons, and i agree that they had a zero cancellation policy but there was no response from Expedia or the Hotel with regards to date change. Horrible service, highly not recommended.

It was more money than what we planned to spend but everything was good. The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good in the morning as well.
