We stayed here for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were clean. This is much better than other Holiday Inns that we booked in the past in Munich. It wasn't too crowded at breakfast time, but there was a small variety to choose from. It's too far from the city; you need to ride a bus and metro, but it's comfortable because they have a bus stop nearby. It's affordable for the price. All in all, it was good.

I like the location, it’s far from the busy city areas. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. We even have a to go breakfast when we need it. We definitely come back in this location if given the chance to visit München again.

Ideally located along the highway, it offers easy and secure parking, which was very convenient for our stopover. The hotel provides excellent value for money with comfortable accommodations. Great Staff !!

Danijela at the front desk was the BEST ! She was excited to greet me and, since my room was already prepared, I could check in early. Since it was my first time in Germany for Ocktoberfest, I was ready to hit the ground running. She pulled out a map, which I kept with me at all times, showing me which bus to take as well as which trains to take both to and from downtown. It worked flawlessly. Although one night I returned late by train (after midnight) and the bus was no longer running. So I had to walk only about a mile back to the hotel.

Poor value for money. No fridge, safe, coffee machine, complimentary water, chocolates, turndown service like other hotels we stayed at in 6 different cities for the same money or less. They charge for umbrella rentals and pop machine is expensive. Breakfast is less than average (canned fruit, orange drink not juice, machine that makes pancakes). Only good things about this hotel are free parking and Mustafa at the front desk. Disappointing for a Holiday Inn.

Exactly what it says on the tin!

Lovely staff both day and night. Clean room with all required. Comfortable beds and nice basic room design. Hotel clean, again with good facilities and breakfast was made to go in cute bags as we had to leave early. Bus stop directly outside taking you to Ismaning station which you can then catch train to the airport. Also bus can take you to another link for the Allianz Arena. None of the attractions/tourist areas are walking distance so be prepared to use public transport or taxi if staying here.

As an American these rooms are small and tight. Really small. They remind me of cabins on cruise ships. It was a squeeze to get 4 people (two adults, two teens) into one room. Aside from that, this is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The dining room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the free parking. The underground lot was nice as it rained quite often while we were there. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here go out of their way to help

The staff here, especially one staff person, went above and beyond to help us. He let us know where to find the bus to the train station which goes into town and to our conference. The breakfast was so great and fresh. The coffee machine that makes cappuccino was awesome. The room was a little small and I wish there had been a fridge but it was clean and comfortable and had a kettle and tea/instant coffee. The hotel is out of the way but we were easily able to get around. Note: don’t buy the bus/train pass online after the 10th. You can’t cancel until the 10th of the following month and will be charged twice.
