They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit.

Hotel Dolomit was perfect spot in a good part of the city. So close to central station which made travel super easy. The front desk was so nice and definitely made the stay. Only complaint the shower could get a little messy. But would definitely stay again.

Good hotel for a 2☆ superior. Room was spacious and clean. The down side was the room had a kettle and no cups or spoons. We could have done with more pillows, 1 pillow was not enough. The shower was powerful but the base would fill up very quickly so therefore we had to keep turning the shower off until it drained, then turn it back on...was rather annoying. One of the best things was the breakfast...although served in the sister hotel Cristal, the variation in the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Basic rooms but clean and modern. Friendly, helpful staff. Elevator/lift. Pre-check-in and post-check-out luggage storage room. Great location one block from train station and five minutes from historic city center area. Adjacent parking garage with reasonable rates.

No worries here...
Basic but adequate. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent for the city and train station. There is a fair bit of noise from outside, but if you just need to crash for the night you can’t go far wrong- if you want premium you may wish to look elsewhere.

Our room was not clean. The carpet was warn and our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and tile grout. It was disgusting. I wouldn't be surprised if the pictures on the Hotels.com site are actually of the sister hotel, Hotel Crystal, which is where we had to walk for breakfast. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

We went for the Christmas Market, the Market was beautiful and up to standard. The atmosphere was also wonderful, but German is the only language available, no other language or sign available not even in the airport.

Basic, comfortable, close to all
Comfortable bed, good shower, good location for train and old city. Tight on space, but fine if you’re efficient using it. The room doors will only latch if you let them slam themselves, so you hear lots of slamming doors - it didn’t bother us much. There’s an option to put a “green” or “eco” hanger on your door if you don’t want room service and you get $5 credit per day to use at the hotel lobby drink refrigerator or the adjacent restaurant.

Pro’s: Convenient for Hauptbahnhof, clean room. Cons: Noisy, entrance off insalubrious street. Poor and inefficient customer service, we were forced to pay again on arrival before getting room, despite proving we had paid fully through Expedia 8 months earlier. Still fighting for refund. We had a kettle but no cups or tea/coffee, apparently you have to buy them. Room safe was over 6 feet up behind door, very difficult unless you are very tall.

The hotel is good for one night. The room was quite large compared to the standard of European hotel rooms. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible, there was mold in the corners of the bathtub.

Very convenient location. Just a half block from main train station. Check in was quick. Wi-Fi worked well in our room. Our room was was a triple (3 single beds). Room was modern, clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Street noise was my biggest complaint . Very noisy and made it difficult to sleep

very convenient location
I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station (a 3 minute walk). That said, the area around it is very busy with people and traffic. Some of the rooms are located looking into the street level. There is a busy strip club a few doors down to consider if you are a light sleeper. The doors to hallways were not soundproof and you can here people walking and talking in the hall.The room conditions were OK but not the best. There were stains on the carpet, but the bathroom was clean and the bedsheets and towels appeared to be clean. If you are planning to come to Munich for Oktoberfest, this is a hotel is in a great location. I would stay here again because my essential necessities were met and the convenient location, but warn travelers who may be more picky...

The room was very messy, dead bug on the wall, rips in the curtains, walls and carpets a mess, beds were clean but quite uncomfortable. For the same price in Vienna and Amsterdam the quality of the stay was much better!
