We had a nice stay here in December. It is a bit out of the 'hot spots' but close to public transportation. Room was spacious and mostly clean. Only negative was the rugs in the room, they were in need of a vacuum (could of done without rugs). All in all I would recommend!

At the beginning, all was good regarding the hotel. However, when I checked my baby’s bed linen. It was dirty. There were some hair and black marks. It was the first day and we haven’t used the beds yet. It should be clean. The staff changed it in a short time but we shouldn’t spend our time for these things. In the third day, it was dirty. The hotel manager said that it is changed in every 3 days and if it is dirty, it is changed. Although it isn’t clean, it wasn’t changed because it wasn’t checked deeply. Apart from the cleaning, all was good. There were some missing parts in the room like slippers but they brought them immediately when we requested.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Not close to restaurants (if you don't have a car), but the little kitchen was convenient to fix our own food.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kreis Residenz. The hotel is well kept and the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s 15 minutes walk from Trudering Station has good access to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

Super schoon appartement. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alle in en outs van München werden verteld. Ondanks het Corona tijdperk was er een goed ontbijt geregeld. Top appartement. Alleen de ligging kan beter maar daar staat tegenover dat het is gelegen op een rustige locatie. We hebben daar 6 nachten met heel veel plezier doorgebracht. Zeker een aanrader.

The Staff was very helpful about what to do and how to do things in Munich/Germany. They allowed us into our rooms 6 hours early after we arrived from the USA. Fantastic as we were very tired.

The buidling seems quite new, well kept and spacious. Breakfast was very good. The room had adequate space for four people. Howevevr, the walk from subway train to hotel was a long, dark 13 minute walk. No nearby restaurants or coffee shops.

Good for Messe , best witha car.
Used for a trip to a trade show. They ran a shuttle bus to venue which was great. Rooms are good spec clean and very new. Very nicely appointed suit and facilities.A bit out of the way so best if you have your own car if staying for longer periods. Local area a bit quiet and residential. €15 cab to the city. They plan to have aircon but was not working yet so a bit warm at night but the balcony opened up so not really needed except for hot summer nights. Staff and Breakfast was great. Good value overall versus city centre hotels.

Great little hotel, it’s pretty much brand new so everything is in great shape. It’s a 10 min walk to the subway U2 from there one can reach any place quite conveniently. Airport transportation was easily organized and a bit cheaper than a taxi would have been. We really liked the kitchenette in the suite traveling with a baby you can’t do without. It was clean well build and practical. Also underfloor heating was very much appreciate. A baby bed was set up Already when we checked in and it was clean comfortable and safe. Overall very much recommend

It was a nice place. Away from the noise of the city. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel staff provided superb customer service. Although away from the city center (about 5 or 6 miles), there is public transportation. There is an underground station 10 minutes down the road that takes you to the city center. Using the subway/rail system they have will save you $$$. I recommend this hotel to everybody and I will be using them again when I travel to Munich in the future.

VERY Highly Recommended! This hotel provided us with the perfect holiday. Extraordinary attention to detail, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast lacked nothing, the room was clean and had every little thing you could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the wet room shower was to die for. The underfloor heating was also a very welcome touch during our winter holiday. The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb outside the city, with two main train stations about 10 mins away (one walking, one by bus). 15 mins on either train and you're right in the middle of the city. Transport runs at all hours and you can access the hotel by keycard after 9pm. During the day the hotel staff are always around and ready to help you with anything; the receptionist we primarily encountered also spoke 5 languages so there's no need to worry about that. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. I don't have one bad word to say. If we ever return to Munich this is where we'll be staying.

Read about the excellent reviews about the hotel, however was a little disappointed. Indeed the hotel is new and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge fridge. However, there is no aircon in the rooms and being considered summer, the rooms are warm and even with the sliding doors open and the curtains open fully. Breakfast area was very small and it can't accommodate the number of people staying at the premise. Also, while checking out, I was being charged for 5 euros per day for parking and yet another person who was checking out beside me got it waived because the receptionist said that your baby cot and parking fees are being waived. I was astonished by the difference in the treatment done.

Though the hotel is a bit away from town centre, yet it is very new and the room is spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the kindness of the owner in driving us to the tube station nearly.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Munich
Nice hotel away from the noisy city center. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. Underground station is about one kilometers away, which was far for us.

Fantastic stay, great hotel and staff
It was a great stay. The hotel is new and modern. it is not big but the rooms are very well equiped. Everything is there, even bathroom scales. My room was very spacious and really there were 2 interconnected rooms with full built-in kitchen (which had a dishwasher even), massive wardrobe and 2 flat screen tv's. It was very clean and lots of attention to detail. The restaurant for breakfast is not very big, but there is a good size balcony around it with a few tables there and it was nice to be eating outside. The best part was the hotel staff, extremely nice and helpful. I came for a business and needed to commute to Messe daily but there was a free of charge hotel transfer bus which was a nice surprise. To come back from Masse it was 1 stop on a train and 10mins walk so not bad really. Overall I would highly recommend the stay!

New hotel with amazing staff
Kreiz Residenz is a small new hotel where the owners give their customers personal attention, the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. We were amazed by our last morning in the hotel, we said our good byes the previous day at breakfast because we had to leave the hotel at 7:00 am for the airport, they volunteered to open the restaurant at 6 a.m. (normally opens at 7:00 a.m.) so we could have breakfast. The metro (U) is about a 15 minutes walk and it runs every 4 minutes to the center of town and main train station. The picture on Expedia does not do justice to the room. Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of closet and the living area was also spacious. Our 6-day stay was relaxing and very pleasant Our thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Kreis. Virginia April 2018

Convenient for extended stay.
I had a great stay at this hotel. While the front desk is not 24 hours this was not an issue. It has a small but very functional breakfast area. The suite I stayed in was very comfortable and offered all the amenities of a small apartment.

Great apartments just in the outskirts of Munich (€14 Euro Uber Trip into town or there is the train station nearby) Very friendly and accommodating owners, the apartment itself was immaculate, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Amazing underfloor hearing. Coffee Machine etc. Breakfast the next morning was very pleasant. We were staying for a business trip and needed to be located close to IBM but it was easy to get in and out of Munich to visit.
