It was a great location for Oktoberfest, and the taxi's were quick and easy to access. The front desk was amazing. I know these are american nuiances but an easier access to ice would be great and maybe a handwash or sanitzer in the washroom.

Amazing hotel, brilliant breakfast, nice rooms, very clean, friendly staff, good atmosphere in bar/restaurant. Located outside the city centre but easily accessible.

We stayed at NYX for three nights. Couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options. The restaurant which was described as "just burgers" was really good. Loads of choice including a whole page each for vegans and vegetarians. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The decor in the whole hotel felt very cool and trendy. A great value option for visiting Munich.

Good stay, convenient location

Suite room, nice and quiet; missing room service option (n/a). Good breakfast buffet but very crowded. Restaurant for dinning is basic food (not high level) although good quality.

Nice quirky modern decorated and spacious room. Clean. Conveniently close to supermarkets. Very conveniently close to bus lines and u bahn for easy access to central munich. Definitely a keeper when in munich again.

Unhelpfull staff

No common microave for guest. When i ask the restaurant if we can reheat our packed rice she said they are not allowed to do so! Really ?even for just 2 minutes! We stayed with alot of hotels and this is the first we encountered unhelpful staff!

Convenient location, quiet. Reasonably easy to get to central. Rooms weren't clean, smelled like cigarette. Shower was clogged when we first arrived. Informed reception in the morning but it didn't get fixed. Issue persists and flooded the toilet after shower, we were then told there wasn't any technician as it was the weekend. Luckily a cleaner came to unclog it at the end! Lack of water fountain, unable to fill from sink.. breakfast staff refused to fill up our water bottles, but filled for others. Overall not a very pleasant experience here.

Übernachtung 1x Nacht. Buchung 66€ über Expedia - Top. Unterkunft klein, wie beschrieben aber ausreichend. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit 2 Kapseln (sollten besser 4) Fitnessraum, klein mit 4 Cardiogeräten und Hanteln, ok für 1 Übernachtung. Kleine Sauna (max 4 Personen sitzend) war auch ok da niemand da war. Personal war top freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken kostenlos (wegen Expedia Status) in der Hotelgarage. Konnte Auto noch einige Stunden kostenlos nach Check out lassen. Frühstück (19€ !!!!) pro Person zu teuer. Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte in der Nähe.
