"The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again! Acceptable hotel in Amsterdam

"Nice hotel with a great view of the canals and very close to many of the interesting things to do and see in Amsterdam. The staff were not great, grade of a B, but the hotel was busy and the staff were busy. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but is in need of a "face lift". My wife and I have stayed here twice and would again."
