It’s the best place to stay in Makka, but that’s a pretty low bar. The check-in experience was not good - took a very long time and the staff was clearly stressed out. No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep.
