"The beds are very tall. You will need a step stool. The room we stayed in was very cold. I could not get the heat to warm up the room. The carpets were stained . The overall cleanliness was sub par. The location was excellent. They do Valet parking which is very convenient it is right next door. They want you to check out promptly housing keeping will continue to remind you that your time is coming to a close "

"The breakfast is minimal. Our room was in desperate need of updating. The tub didn’t drain properly. We were given 1 towel, hand towel & wash cloth for 2 people. Had to ask for more towels & a roll of toilet paper. There’s a reason it’s cheaper than nearby hotels!"

"Breakfast was enjoyable however our room (premium king suite) did not have clean linens, hair was all over the pillows as well as the sheets, we had to call housekeeping to come replace the bedding. Clean bedding should be a standard for ANY hotel hosting thousands of people a week. Absolutely no excuse for not preparing between guests."

"Room was okay, small. Dusty and some garbage left behind. There are no amenities at all, this is a bare bones hotel masquerading as a boutique hotel. The neighborhood is sketchy. Front desk was not helpful finding restaurants. Clientele was mixed. Walls were thin and we got no sleep the last night as our neighbor was up all night. There were people running up and down the halls. Do not recommend. "
