"The staff was amazing. My wife and I have never had hotel staff be so attentive. The Hotel itself was beautiful. We will be staying here every trip to Mexico City from now on."
"We had a great experience staying here. Room was clean and well kept. I really appreciated the A/C control inside the room. Staff was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of options. Overall great experience, we would definitely stay here again next time we visit! "
"The room was as described. Large and roomy with everyone having enough room to be near one another but yet have some privacy.
The hotel food was excellent with a large selection and a gorgeous view to enjoy your meal! "
"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life. I wish I was over reacting, but it was great. They were very professional. Made my vacation a lot better every morning. They did come inside my room asking if I needed anything. They did clean your room as well. Did do the VIP got complementary breakfast and drinks. Also free tours will be coming back!!
Great customer service you can also book you’re right with them back to the airport or from the airport as well. It was a lot cheaper than Uber."
"Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. We will be back the next time we come! "
"We stayed at Hotel Bellas Artes for a short trip to Mexico City and our stay was great. The hotel appears to be newly renovated, and when we entered our room, we were amazed by how beautiful it was. The room was very clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the mini fridge, which was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks.
We had a balcony facing the main street, and it was wonderful to open the balcony doors in the morning and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly, and we especially liked the hotel’s location it’s within walking distance to the Zócalo and close to many museums. There is also a 24-hour 7-Eleven and a restaurant on the same block, just a few steps away, which was very convenient. We will definitely book here again."
