The only complaint is that the room I had clearly had previous water damage, and the floor in front of the bathroom was soft, but it was otherwise perfect for a one night stay. The automatic blinds that opened up to the balcony and plaza was the best part. "

"Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency"
