"I randomly chose this rental property and I'm so glad that I did. After arriving, I had difficulty opening the lockbox to get the key, but the manager responded quickly and arrived within minutes after I called for assistance. The apartment was simple and clean, and I loved the design with the exposed beams on the ceiling, the tall wooden doors and several balconies. The kitchen was fully equipped with typical small appliances, dishes and silverware. The air conditioning units worked well with the large ceiling fans located in the bedroom and living/dining areas to keep the apartment comfortable. The location of the property is close to the Governor's mansion and near the waterfront area. There are various restaurants, bars and shops and a pharmacy located nearby, all within walking distance. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building, but I think that's typical for the Old San Juan area. Overall, I had a positive experience and would choose this property again for my next visit. "
