"I was very disappointed with my stay here. First, I had to wait over an hour just to check in, which was extremely frustrating after traveling. Once we finally got to the room, there were not enough towels or tissue provided for our stay, and housekeeping was not very helpful. On top of that, the shower water was cold, making it uncomfortable to even shower. Overall, the experience was stressful and inconvenient, and I would not recommend staying here unless customer service and basic accommodations improve."

"This is a great location, everything is walking distance and not far from the airport. We had a cruise to catch so we stayed just the night. They hold your luggage and staff was friendly. It is a basic room, if you do not need much. They have hang out areas in the building. On our floor, it was outside the rooms and people were loud. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be for you. "
