The room was outstanding—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable"

"Paying extra for breakfast was definitely worth it! Meals are delicious, healthy and filling, and kept us from having to decide where we would eat breakfast. The people who cook and clean the rooms are attentive to detail, kind, and accommodating. The guys at the front desk were so helpful about several questions we had during our stay. The property is beautiful, very close to so many things, restaurants, coffee shops, the town square and museums. The neighborhood is generally quiet compared to other places I’ve stayed in Mexico. Paying for the pick up at the airport made our lives so much easier, I would recommend it. Honestly, I hope we get a chance to return and bring all our kids next time. One thing I would mention is that there are no washers and dryers on location, laundry is a service that is available and it can take a couple days."
