"We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to anyone nor would we stay there again."

"This was a very clean hotel, about 10 min travel from the city centre. The room was in great condition and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing! The only negative was that the carpet is wearing in the common areas and needs replacing. "

"LOVED this hotel! Really nice chilled vibe about the place, friendly staff and the rooftop bar and pool is a bonus. We weren’t sure about the location when booking but it turned out to be perfect. Defo recommend 😊"

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels & fresh water provided. Lovely Pastel de Nata on arrival. Pool was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was delicious. Great stay! Will definitely be back!"

"It is located in an industrial area. There are only 3 restaurants within 7 to 10 minutes walking distance. You need to cross busy traffic roads to get to those restaurants. The room we stayed is clean, but the bathroom wall is moldy. Breakfast is good. "
