"Room is clean and comfortable, small bathroom. Breakfast is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice lovely small hotel. Close to the bus/tram station"
"Beautiful boutique hotel in an old house. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is located in a walking distance from the train station and easily accessible from the airport. Nice restaurants/breakfast places around"
"There is no insulation in the rooms, the sounds on the stairs are as if they were in the room, when the cleaning starts in the morning, you think he is in your room, there is no employee to return to, breakfast must be with the room, a simple breakfast, but Expedia gave me the room at a high price without breakfast."

10/10 Excellent
"We booked this hotel specifically for the car loft feature as car enthusiasts taking a special car on a long European road trip. We arrived quite late (~9pm) and were told our room wasn’t ready due to a fault with the shower and were offered a downgrade to a smart room instead. Of course this was very disappointing as we chose this hotel specifically for the unique car loft feature. The lady on reception (who spoke perfect English when my basic German failed me) gave us the key to another room so we could shower and get our young child settled whilst we waited for maintenance to finish in our executive room. She came and found us when the other room was ready and offered free breakfast the following morning for the minor inconvenience. Both rooms were very clean and the executive room was incredibly spacious. The only negative was in both rooms the toilet/shower is not private. The screens are see-through so all other occupants can see you when using these. Check out was very simple and the man on reception was incredibly friendly and spoke in slowed down German to allow me to follow along but switched seamlessly to English when again my German knowledge expired. The breakfast was a fantastic selection of German meats, breads, fruit and salad. We would without doubt stay at this hotel again and recommend to any car enthusiast or those with small children where the convenience of having the car so close is amazing for unloading and reloading the car. "Absolutely fantastic, from a seasoned traveller this was a tremendous hotel for the price paid. Can’t comment on the food as we ate out but room spotless and pool a lovely bonus. Don’t believe the negative reviews and give it a try!"
" Very friendly and helpful staff
Manisha provided exceptional service and support, she’s very attentive and absolutely great at what she does.
The location is great just 3 min from HB station. Super clean, specious and sound proof rooms with comfortable bed and qualify linen.
Bathroom, shower and kitchenette also super clean and well equipped. I had a wonderful stay for 9 days and happy to come back at anytime. "
"I used to always use NH but drifted to other chains but this visit reminded me how much I enjoyed staying with NH around Europe. On this occasion I had to be close to the railway station and park my car. NH City was ideal. For me the staff on check in and check out were superb ambassadors for NH. I can recommend the group and the hotels interior stylish look. If I wanted a central location and avoid the long drag through the side streets to get to my Dusseldorf then I would consider alternative locations."
