"It's a very good deal, overall. I had the unfortunate experience of a guy trying to strong-arm his way into the place as I came back from the store. There was a lot of ranting and raving, and capitulation. The place is kind of nice though, really. I woke up to like 6 herons just kind of hanging out outside my window. Very cool stuff! It could use a solid cop or two, but the employees do their best. I think it has a pool, but I never got the chance to check it out. The location is excellent."

"To start off the hotel was good, but I was devastated by a situation that occurred where I was locked out of my room for some odd reason and if the staff in front was not available,(mind you this was after I had came back after a night out where I went to a concert. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 AM) I would’ve been outside of my room for the whole night until God knows when and what was more mortifying is that there was people who were watching and seeing everything happen and there was drunk people coming in as well so my safety was on the line not only that, but to top it off, my stuff including my passport and my credit cards were all inside in the room, which I had no access to. I am so grateful for the lady in the front who went above and beyond to help solve this issue. Meanwhile, I waited almost 3 hours outside of the room which was unnecessary but all in all the hotel is nice but the staff needs to do a better job at registering and making sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else in the future"

"Valet parking only, but they kept the car safe. Friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast options. They have a little store if you need something quick. Room was nice and clean. Very close to shopping, and restaurants. "

"Clean and new. Breakfast is great. Only wish to have stronger shower water. A little bit weak and small."

"Room not cleaned well, had lots of hair in the bathroom. Staff were good. Did not have breakfast. Parking was safe but not easy."

"Mold on shower door slide, about 1/4 inch of crud in all corners plenty of plugs, unfortunately only 3 worked,floor in general dirty,unknown substances on walls in a wide variety of areas throughout the room, could plainly hear conversations in rooms on either side. I was helped carrying my luggage up a flight of stairs. "

"I didn’t stay very long, but the accommodations were very comfortable and I did use the gym which was very nice"
