Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel was nicely located, close to major transport links. However, the room was a "disabled" room and not much furniture. There seem to be no extractor in the bathroom and damp was noted on the bathroom ceiling. It was noisy in the morning with possibly tables/chairs being dragged along the floor. Also, there is no kettle and tea/coffee amenities in the room.
