Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and friendly with a very nice bar area and breakfast room. The carpet in my single room had seen better days and I could have done with some drawer space hence 4 stars instead of 5 but was generally very impressed and had a lovely stay.

Disappointed stay, with renovations going on and tvs being installed the only lift was always full of workmen. The bathrooms don’t have any grab-rails making it difficult to get out the shower. The scrambled eggs at breakfast looked like they had been under a heat lamp for ages. No daily cleaning, so had to go on the hunt for toilet rolls, you had to book a room Clean the day before but only stayed 2 nights so it was fine. Have stayed a few times before as on the front, but will now re-consider next year.

I was a bit worried after booking this hotel as I stumbled on some terrible reviews after paying, however, I was more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Its a beautiful hotel, our room was gorgeous (319 sea view), immaculate, quiet, light, airy, and we had the most amazing view.. the reception staff were helpful and the waiting staff in the morning were so attentive. The breakfast was a good standard. I couldn't have asked for more - my artner and I had a lovely time - Thank you!

Stayed for the Easter Bank holiday weekend and had a lovely time. The room I stayed in had a fantastic sea view and was fully stocked with all the hotel essentials you could need. The price was slightly expensive but the staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The hotel is located right on the beach front, with a short walking distance to transport, the pier, bars, and amenities. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this hotel for anybody seeking a cosy room with a seaside view. 5 stars!

Good value for money compared with other Brighton hotels. Although it has a car park it is only for 10 small cars - our car did not fit. However the underground car park opposite the 360 tower is close but be prepared for the exhorbitant Brighton parking prices.
