"Unique old barracks turned into cabins. They are old but have so much character! Awesome location where you can sit outside and visit around a firepit. Don't expect luxury, that's not what it is, but it's clean, safe, quiet and one of a kind."

"Pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. In many historic park lodges the rooms are small and noisy, this one was large and quiet. The charming character of the lodge was welcoming and the food in both the lounge and dining room was excellent. "
"Built in 1947 but extremely well maintained. Fixtures are good quality and it has the biggest mini fridge I ever saw with a generous freezer section. The owner/clerk takes great interest in helping his guests find great spots to eat and enjoy their time. One suggestion would be a grab bar added to get out of the tub. Wonderful reasonably priced breakfast at Two medicine grill. "
