"Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience."
