"It was our first visit to Trichy and we are glad that we chose to stay at Marriott. Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff are all very nice, helpful, warm and courteous. Rooms were very clean and there was good selection of food. Would highly recommend Marriott to anyone who is considering a visit to Trichy. "
"Extremely substandard infrastructure.
The food was good
Service was good
But the hotel was very dingy, the air conditioner was noisy, the bed sheets were stained, bathroom were poorly maintained and didn’t have hot water "
"Centrally located hotel, clean & comfortable. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s opposite the busy bus station. Helpful staff. Good South Indian breakfast buffet breakfast with toast & jam option for those wanting a plainer option."

"The property is fraud. He booked online but the property is full and the property is not refunded me. When I called him. He said the website mistakenly charged and he can’t refund it.
Please don’t book this hotel. Be aware and careful. The location also not easily to find it.

"They had no idea of customer service. Hours to check in. They would not let me check in early so I had to no place to go for hours. Then charged $10 per day for my wife to enter the hotel. Terrible. "
"It's a good property and clean. They do need to focus more on maintenance like the in room safe wasn't working and during a previous stay the fridge wasn't working. This time the room didn't have a fridge at all which is not suitable for such a hot city."
