"The property is picturesque and well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable with good view of the mountains. Laundry and spa services were excellent. Food was good. Housekeeping needs better management and decisions."

"Even though we only stayed there one night, it was such a pleasant experience. The bed was the best thing. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. The check in staff Ajju and Amal (I think that’s their names) were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet opened a little past said time but the food was delicious. Jacob the executive chef was very nice to us and the tea he made was really good. However the safe inside the room didn’t work, the handles on the drawers in the room were broken. The lock on the glass door opening to the balcony was broken and the balcony was really dirty. But overall we really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely stay there again!"
