"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. "The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor."
"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it it was super slippery, looks like they never cleaned the previous oils that could have come from people getting massages done and it was slippery. There was also no floor Matt for after shower use which made the floors more slippery after being wet. The breakfast was good at this place however the service was extremely slow during breakfast. "
