Good clean rooms with good view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. About 15 minutes walk from the Sapa square, from where you could take the cable car to Fansipan base station. So all in all a good place to stay. Also plenty of restaurants short walk from the 15th floor exit. (The hotel has to exits, one on first floor and the other on the 15th floor which is closer to the restaurants and markets.

This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks.

This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza.

The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

In the old quarter of Hanoi, small room, but very quiet and clean, close to every interesting places. The staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours, checking in and out. I will stay here again next time.
