"We had a wonderful time at the villa! Everything we needed was provided, there is food ready in the kitchen to have a light meal and essentials are also provided (spices, olive oil, napkins, dishwashing soap, even laundry soap etc!). We had breakfast a couple times at the Villa's Tavern, which was yummy. We paid for the pool heating, although we didnt feel a difference. Next time we would do it without the heating. The whirlpool function in the upstairs bathroom didnt work, but we also didnt...

"Great stay here, the owners were so welcoming and accommodating. This is the perfect villa for a large family and the kids pool along side the main was perfect for my 4 year old, she loved it! We will definitely be coming back! Either in October again or over the summer for a longer stay. "Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ. Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay. "

"Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely."

"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

"The bar area of the hotel is really nice and the pool area and it’s on a beautiful beach. The breakfast was excellent and the food we ordered at lunch. The rooms were really nice and big. The Bathroom could be slightly more modern compared to the rooms but it was clean and fine. Would definitely go back to this hotel. "

"Once you find the place, it is awesome. We ended up at the owner's restaurant and his son personally escorted us to the apartment. BTW, we ate at their restaurant in the village each of the 3 nights. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. We enjoyed hiking in the area. Thanks for your hospitality, George and everyone."

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
