Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleaning was not good, and the level of service and attention from the staff was also disappointing.
I also find it unacceptable that a security deposit is charged, and then, after checking out, guests have to wait so long to receive their money back. This is very inconvenient, especially when the room has already been inspected and there are no issues.
Overall, the experience was not what I expected, and I believe the hotel should improve both the cleaning standards and the customer service, as well as make the deposit refund process much faster and more efficient.
