"The hotel is new, cleaned and chic. Only drawback is their drivers don’t speak English and there is only 1 restaurant. Hotel offers pick up and drop off at train station, all the ski parks nearby and restaurants between 9-6. breakfast buffet was great and their front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. "I wish I could give more than 5 starts in every category. Yuki, Yukiko, and David were all incredible. I booked this thinking it would be a nice hotel/ryokan and left with tears of joy, warmth, and happiness. The team here was so hospitable that this is also an understatement. This is a small business so it doesn't feel corporate but as if you are in their home (in the best of ways). Beyond this, I haven't slept on a more comfortable bed and pillow in ages.
