Lots of pools and hot tubs. Bought a refillable cup for $2. Got unlimited drinks during our stay . But all diet was out, had go to the bar for drinks. No biggie there. Room greay location right in front of the ocean! Only get 1 bar of soap had to ask fo another (small) . 2 t. Paper for our 5 day stay ! They came & replaced towels in our room and thats it!! No bed made no refills on t p or soap! Over all a wonderful stay! Would go back again

The room was comfortable and clean, except for the floors. The tile and linoleum were very dirty as if it hadn't been mopped adequately in a very long time. The kids area of the waterpark is very outdated as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe on the property. Staff was easy to find around entrances, exits, and around the pools. The tiki bar was great as well as the poolside DJ.

Property was ok but very poor service. When we reached one of the key cards was not working and we called the front reception to get it replaced , they never did it. Then both the televisions in the condo were not working . It says full kitchen in the description but didnot have a dishwasher, or a dish scrubber or even a spatula to make anything in the kitchen. They even didnot provide any paper towels.

Great location and awesome waterpark. I was very unhappy with not receiving the room that I paid for. I booked a 1 bedroom suite to include 2 queens with sofa sleeper and murphy bed, but received a standard room with just 2 queens. We made it work because the front desk line was so long that I didn't want to waste time with it instead of enjoying the waterpark with my kids.

Privacy and quiet with secure thick concrete walls. Balcony and oveanview so beautiful! grounds well maintained with gorgeous views and multiple lounge areas. Plenty of amenities.

Leftover coffee in pot on arriving to room. There was dirty standing water underneath it as well. Mold and dirt surrounding the tub. Green stains on the headboards. Door in kitchen was barely hanging on with exposed screws. Smelled like cigarettes in the kitchenette. Could barely open the front door because extremely off level. Tons of screaming by other guests in the night hours. “Housekeeping” banged on our door 3x at 9pmish. I had to tell them to go away because I had littles in bed. I don’t know if it was actually housekeeping but if so who makes a 9pm housekeeping call? Also I wasn’t opening my door to find out.

One of the worst resorts I’ve ever stayed at, rooms are dirty, tiny, and full of roaches. There was a room upstairs from us blasting music and screaming for hours after they had been kicked out of the pool. It was extremely dirty there’s rust on the walls the bathroom tub didn’t drain. We checked out at 5 in the morning because I saw roaches running across the stove.

We really liked the pools and the location. However, the rooms didn’t get serviced daily. Garbage was piling up in our room. Also we asked for new linens and no one came up.

We were there from the 13th of April until the 19th, it was an incredible day, our children had a great time, heated pools, the incredible water park, thank you for giving us an incredible vacation, everything was very clean and all the staff were super polite and attentive.

Loved the waterpark with waterslides (does have limited hours), hot tubs & lazy river. It was great for my kids and I! Towels for the pool area are located in the waterpark. Also loved the direct beach access. Balcony off the room overlooking the pools and beach was amazing for the sunrise’s and sunsets. Gecko Leko restaurant onsite had decent food and drinks with friendly staff. There is an onsite snack shack in tower 2 with drinks, snacks, beach toys, sunglasses, etc. Breakfast is served but no longer is a Buffett option, rather now an entree option at the onsite restaurant. There is a Waffle House located within an 8 minute walk from the hotel as well as a mini golf course.

The restaurant near game room good is expensive and over rated. But other then that very nice place to stay it’s beautiful. We loved the slides the pools beach front room the game room everything amazing!! I’ll definitely go back here the staff are friendly I highly recommend this resort
