I traveled solo for this trip and the pictures did a great job hiding the fact that the hotel was all open air hallways (outdoor entry as I call it). The parking lot was very dark when I arrived and a little intimidating to walk through the dark lot trying to find the registration building. It should be noted on the property details that the rooms are not accessed through covered /closed hallways. I would have never picked the hotel if I had known. The views were spectacular so that was a pleasant surprise in the morning. I also didn’t realize it was in direct flight path for the airport which sounded like fighter jets flying over every 5 mins.

Rooms were ok. When booking the room online, completely expected the rooms to have inside access. Did not like checking into the beautiful lobby and then being sent around to the other part of the hotel and being out on the first floor accessed from the outside. Not what I am used to when booking what I believed would be a classier experience. Still was not horrible, but definitely a disappointment. Would not stay again. Ate at the hotels restaurant for dinner, very overpriced but our waitress was exceptional. Gabby did a phenomenal job of brightening our evening. However, the front desk clerks rushed through the whole check in process. Definitely didnt feel this hotel was customer focused.

The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

Love the privacy even on the balconies with ocean views, pier view, pool view and all the activities within a close distance. Only issue we had was not being waited on in the hotel restaurant beside the front desk. Even afteretting the hostess know we had not been waited on, we still waited 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. We got up and left and let the hostess know the waitor/waitress never showed and we had to go elsewhere.
