We arrived Thursday and left Sunday. Our room was never cleaned, I called Friday and Saturday. I begged for towels - we will never stay here again. I’m a fan of Hilton, but not this one. So very disappointed! The best part of the hotel was the pool bar and servers - they were fantastic! Hate this for them… we are super easy and if we won’t be back, I cant imagine others!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the sir at the entrance was so polite and friendly, guided us around and explained the buildings greatly. Hotel is very nice, clean, rooms were great breakfast was really good.

King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent. The king bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the comforter was perfect. The lazy river was quite dirty, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The adult pool was clean and upkept. The lobby attendants were kind and helpful. Loved the daily cookies, but had NO coffee in the lobby, which was a major downfall. We used Uber to get around as this is not close to many restaurants or bars.
