We had a very pleasant stay at Sun Fun! The staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s clearly been renovated with nice new furniture and the bathroom looked brand new. Everything was clean and it looked like the staff was available all day on the property. We felt very safe staying here and would definitely come back in the future!

Staff was friendly, neighbors were friendly, super good location and price. Would stay there again if I needed to go to Myrtle beach. If you are an old bougie person who is easily annoyed by the existence of other people I wouldn’t recommend bc people are happily living their lives there (didn’t bother me at all) but I can see some stuck up people causing problems or being annoyed or complaining

It was not what the pictures look like online, there was very limited parking spaces, the pool looked dirty, we did not get it in, the bedroom did not have a door to it, but overall the rooms were clean and beds was comfortable and if we needed anything the staff was there in a timely manner.

I was concerned about staying at this motel due to mixed reviews, however I booked a non-refundable stay for 20 nights. After Expedia and I were unable to cancel, I decided to try it out. I’m glad I stayed here. The room was perfect size and kitchen was key for me to to cook meals. Motel location is great, there are several restaurants and stores within walking distance, also walking distance to boardwalk with Ferris wheel and other rides. Beach is less than 5 minute walk. During my stay, Kadejia, Ottevia, and Jordon were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with them. They gave great advice about places to go and things to do nearby. We talked about other things as well. Staying alone can be lonely so it was nice to have new friends to talk with when they weren’t too busy cleaning and managing the property. If you are a fancy person and only like staying at costly luxurious places, then this motel may not be for you. If you’re staying a long time so you’re on a tighter budget and if you’re not too picky, try it out. Like I mentioned, this isn’t a luxurious motel, the stove has rust marks but cosmetics don’t matter to me so long as it works and it does. Baseboards and bathroom door frame have some cracks, but again, cosmetics doesn’t bother me so it’s not an issue. These are improvements that could be made by a repair person. Kadejia, Ottevia, and Jordon do the best they can to make everything look clean and good. Thank you for my stay. Hope to come back in future.

The laminate floors were nice and easier to clean than carpet; however, the staff do not clean your room during your stay or provide you with cleaning supplies to do so yourself. The floors continued to make our feet dirty despite buying and using a mop daily. The filter on the refrigerator needed changed, so the ice machine did not work. The hot water in the kitchen worked well, but the shower would only get room temperature and no way to adjust the temp. It was way too cold to take a comfortable shower for me and my family. I like that they have a full stove/oven but there were only a couple stove top pots provided and no baking sheets or cooking/eating utensils.
