"All was great but our door key fob was expiring every day and we would go to front reception to address On our 3rd day come to find per the receptionist that the person who checked us in ran it on a day basis instead our entire stay This was a little hassle and the Management should train their employees throughly while checking in their guests. "Staying at Wailoaloa Beach was much preferable to being in busier areas of Nadi! We appreciated the quietness of the day however the nights were quite noisy, particularly over the weekend. Nemia the concierge is an asset to the hotel as he went above and beyond to make us welcome and was so helpful."

"Booked 2 rooms - a 2 and a 3 bedrooms for one night. Apartment sizes, space and facilities available were great. Had everything we needed. Just need a bit of final check to ensure everything is well clean as some things in the bedroom have dusts on them and some towels have visible dirt on them. Food was okay with prices for food and drinks at the cafe were reasonable. Pool need a bit of makeover. Overall nice and big apartments for families."
