Room is clean, spacious and has a nice panoramic view of Nagasaki harbour. This hotel has separate indoor and outdoor onsen, and is 5 minutes drive to Mt Inasa observatory and 10 minutes from Nagasaki Station.

本館屋上からの夜景がとても綺麗。宿泊したのは本館3階だったが、部屋からの夜景も綺麗だった。 別館の露天風呂や夜カフェまで結構歩くのだけが大変。 接客も良くて満足です。

従業員さんの対応が良いです。 新鮮に応対され、外国人の従業員さんも教育をされているので安心です。 本館と新館のアクセスが分かりづらいのは立地面で仕方ないかと思います。 新館へのアクセスの通路は改修された方が質が上がるかと思いました。 また、ランドリーはそれぞれにあると助かります。 アイスのサーバーも欲しかったです。
