Cleaning of the rooms could be much better. When we first entered our room, there was still garbage and dust on the floor. The room we had had a bunk bed so when I went up to the upper bed, I noticed that the AC unit was full of dust and never properly cleaned. Same for the lights in the ceiling. It felt like no one went to the upper bunk when cleaning the room.

長崎新地から徒歩15分くらいでアクセス良。 ただ、バスアメニティはタオルと歯ブラシ綿棒、コットンのみ カミソリや栓抜き等はなく持っていくか現地で買う必要あり。

土地勘があり、親子での利用であった為 、多少狭くても安くて気兼ねなく宿泊できる場所を探していて見つけました。 大変清潔で、大満足。寝に帰るだけなら、ここで充分過ぎます。また利用すると思います。離れて暮らす子どもたちと、ゆっくり観光できて、狭さもなんだか楽しくて。いい思い出になりました。

快適でした。

清潔でミニキッチン、洗濯機が付いていて二段ベットも懐かしくて良かったです。 荷物を預けるのに暗証番号付きのロッカーが便利でした。

部屋はとてもキレイでした。 机のところに鏡があるとメイクしやすいです。 100均とかに卓上型鏡があるのですぐに準備するといいと思います。 お風呂入るのにバスタオルやパジャマなどを置き場所がないのでちょっとした台やカゴを置くと親切と思います。 夜の散歩で大浦天主堂まで歩けたのがとっても良かった。とても近いです。

もともと一泊の予定でしてが予定が変更になり二泊する必要があったためもう1日分の予約をした。その際にホテルへ電話をして伝えたら一度チェックアウトしてから再度チェックインしてもらわないといけないと言われて焦って車のレンタルをし荷物やスーツケース等を保管できるようにしたが、初日着いた時にいたスタッフが、そのままチェックアウトせず滞在してもいいと言ってくれた…最初からそうして欲しかった。

受付のお兄さんはとても親切で嬉しかったです。お部屋は狭いですがとても綺麗です。お風呂は浴槽が狭いですが、体を洗う場所は十分にあります。寝巻きと食器を洗うスポンジがあればいいなと感じました。夜も静かでよく眠れました。

とても清潔に清掃されていましたし、ワンルームマンションをホテルとして使用しているようでしたが、充分満足な設備でした。 　ただ、電子レンジがフロントで使用できるようでしたが、コロナの影響かフロントが開くのが9時半からとなっており、買ってきた朝ごはんをレンジでチンできなかったのが残念でした。

良くも悪くも、普通の1kマンション。 チェックインの際に、出勤ですか？と聞かれて戸惑った。宿泊ですか？だと気づくのに時間がかかった。 外国の方だったので、仕方ないかもしれないが、流れの作業の仕事は喋れてほしい。または、パンフレットか何かを指でなぞってくれたら単語が違うのも対応しやすいです。

チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れるだけと手軽でした。電源プラグも多く、家族全員のスマホ充電が同時にでき、さらにポットなども使えて助かりました。部屋は清潔に整えられていて、寝泊まりするだけなら充分な設備でした。
