"All the rooms face the sea. Our Japanese-Western style room is very big with 2 beds and comes with an onsen. Onsen is natural spring water and reasonably big for 2 people. Onsen area not too hot as it is ventilated with outside air. We paid for 1/2 board and set dinner was very good. Very happy with our stay at Iseya."

"The hotel is up on a hill. Unless you have a car you have to depend on a taxi or a shuttle bus to Nagasaki station. Little inconvenient for those who doesn’t have a car."

"Stayed one night with four people and it was very nice. The room condition was amazing and everything was very well kept and clean. The bathroom was very nice. Check in went somewhat smoothly. They could’ve sent me the check in info a bit earlier as I had to message them to get it, but they replied within the hour with the instructions. All in all, I believe it is worth the money, it’s not anything super extravagant but it’s a nice hotel."

"I did not receive any information regarding security and room codes from the hotel. I finally called the listed number and the information was given. People were nice but it was a lengthy confusing process. The property is very nice but there were too many glitches in getting into the room itself."
