"The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy."

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."

"not close to train station , but can take a bus for 2 -3 stops , which is acceptable Staffs are nice . The area around is quiet but serval nice restaurants nearby "

"ランドリーも洗剤も無料、レンタサイクルも無料で良かった天然温泉は女湯は24hのうち、1.5hのみしか入浴できないのは不便だった。客室には風呂場がないため、大浴場を使えない時はフロントでフロア浴室を使うための申請をして鍵を借りなければならないが、フロント対応時間も午前中は不可なため、中々に不便かもしれない。"

"Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. Note: not able to add photos somehow so go check out the listing. add a photo button doesn't seem to work."

"The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details."
