In general the Art Hotel is good, but the cleaness on my room was terrible, theres dust and spider web behind the nightstand, they “clean” the room everyday, but never vaccum or clean the bathtub and sink .. 😞

Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nagoya, friendly and helpful staffs. Just the room is abit small, there is no room to fully open the middle size luggage, however consider this is Japan, small room might be the norm.

Stay with a small kid, this hotel provides items for kids like kids size slippers, toothbrush and body wash sponges. We received service like grab snacks as much as possible on Saturday event. Big bath room was really helpful to stay with kids.

Walking distance to the Nagoya train station. Plenty of public paid parking, but only 2 spots are sponsored by the hotel. Some nearby dining options and a convenience store available. Staff are courteous and helpful.

The location of the hotel is close to the train station, with sidewalks and carry backs, which is not a problem.If you are driving, you will need to pay for parking.

Very friendly staff and nice lobby when being welcomed! Spa was ok more like a wide sized jacuzzi. I don’t mind the Apa chain and familiar with the small rooms yet nice amenities, but almost ever one I seem to stay at has a very strong odor of mold in the washroom and could see visible black spots around the door. Would be a much better stay if they had a serious clean every week or atleast once a month you can tell it’s been building up for quite some time. Other than that was nice and close to train station

Even though the hotel is very close to the train station the trains do not make too much noise or affect sleeping. The room has great sound and light insulation. There is a hot bath area on the second floor. The vending machines in and directly in front of the hotel didn't have the best drink selection but a Lawsons convenience store is right around the corner. Getting to Nagoya Station (South entrance / Shinkansen) takes about 7 minutes and in 2 more minutes (North side of station) you have access to the subway system which is very efficient for getting around. The single rooms are a bit on the small side but I had no problems placing my luggage fully opened without getting in the way.

Very welcoming and helpful check-in staff. I had two packages sent to the neighbouring APA Hotel Nagoya Ekimae by mistake and the staff in both hotels helped me received the packages and brought them to the correct hotel. Loves the shared bath with great laundry services. Excellent location with lots of convenience stores, Bic Camera, restaurants, underground malls at the Nagoya train station
