The staff was helpful and the surrounding is quiet n convenient. Opposite the hotel there is a ddk. To subway station is like 5 to 8min walk.

It was a comfortable and clean stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were professional and friendly. The amenities for children were a nice touch and my child had a great time. However, the sofas in the lobby could use some improvement. The food in the restaurant 'crust' was very good. The variety of food was a bit lacking for a hotel of this size and rating. The lounge was comfortable and the coffee was excellent. When taking a taxi, the driver may misunderstand and take you to the Marriott Hotel in Nagoya Station. Please be sure to emphasize that you want to go to the "Courtyard Marriott." Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Courtyard by Nagoya.

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this courtyard marriot was. It felt more 5*. The food was good both bar and restaurant options. Breakfast had quite a good variety too. There’s a 7-Eleven within a 1 min walk and a Don Quixote within a 5 min walk.

Very helpful front desk staff. i left my newly activated JR Train 1-week pass when i checked out. i called the hotel to tell them i need to check the room and she said yes without any hesitation. The tall and ever smiling gentleman at the front desk re-issued a card key readily. I found my JR pass in the trash bin. He even ushered me back to the taxi as I leave the hotel.

I can reassure this hotel is up to the best standard in every aspects. Breakfast is slightly boring though. And it is not located in the city centre. I will most likely to stay here again next time when i am in Nagoya

Staff were wonderful even knowing when our last day was. The restaurant staff asked how our stay was on the last day and wished us well. The hotel is lovely, clean and quiet. Just wished that it had a pool, but that was the only shortfall. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel amentities are very new since it's a new hotel. Although staffs are all kind and polite, the service is not very satisfising. During my stay, my room has been skipped one day of cleansing service. When I called back the operator hotline in the evening that day, the staff was first told me I was out of their normal cleaning time zone I had to emphasize the 'room make up' light was on from 12-5pm but still got no response in order to let them clean my room. Also, the operator hotline usually takes long time to be answered, even once it's not being answered. After checking out, I was being contacted for missing payment via email... Many careless mistakes so I think the hotel mangement may need extra works. Locations are great though cause it's in btwn of two major commercials areas within 5-15mins of walking distance.

I had to be constantly annoyed by house cleaning service staff for some reasons. I felt disrespected. Right before I come out of the room, I turned on the service signal light to either green or red, everyday during the stay. Immediately after that they always came out from somewhere and greeted with me, looking into me or with some sort of arrogant attitude which I found rather uncomfortable. Here are the photos of the realization of the room condition at the check-in,. (though my hair is thinner and in brighter color.) I wondered if this was the standard as from my own experience, Japan tends to be the neatest and hates to ruin the service hygiene, quite possibly, hair in the personal spaces like food, and in this case, on the bed and the bathroom floor, would be considered to go against the corporate responsibility, hence I believe a heavy storm of criticism should occur sensationally if this continues. Not my preference but I would say it was atypical. I appreciated the equipment and amenities. Didn’t feel like the location was full of good eateries although there were many places to eat out. Throughout the stay, the room was kept extraordinarily quiet. The bed was nice, too. A good night sleep was secured. This area has another Marriott and Hilton, in addition to the other Japanese hotel brands like Okura. I think this is 4 star hotel, and given many of them remain on 2-3 star level, this Courtyard alone lifts up the city atmosphere which I also liked.

혼자 나고야 여행을 하게 되서 룸컨디션 좋은 곳에서 묵고싶어서 예약했는데 기대만큼 좋았어요. 오래되지 않아서 깨끗하고 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 한국인 직원도 있어서 불편하지 않았어요. 지하철에서 조금 거리가 있지만 저는 웬만한 거리는 평소에도 걸어다녀서 크게 불편함은 없었어요. 사카에도 걸어가도 부담없고 호텔 주변이 조용해서 밤에 너무 좋더라고요. 주변이 다 호텔들이라 편의점이나 음식점도 잘 되어 있어요. 저는 모든 것이 다 만족스러웠어요.
