"Blue Heron's staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Love that you are only one to enter room when there. If need supplies,simply go to office and get them. Love the no key entry. Receive a code and no worries about loosing the key. Room was updated to make it look nice. Price was very reasonable.Will definitely come back again."

"This room was across the beach road so there was no ocean view. It was just a short walk to the beach. Room was nice and seemed recently updated. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The room was clean and had plenty of open space to move around.The staff were friendly and amazing. They welcomed pets with no pet fees. Would stay there again.Would recommend Mia's to everyone looking for a nice inexpensive hotel on OBX."

"Our stay at Surf Side Hotel was absolutely amazing! 5 stars without a doubt. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding — everything was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the hotel in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, and the entire room felt welcoming and relaxing for our family. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with very good variety and quality. It made starting the day so much easier, especially traveling with children. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone treated us with kindness and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were also excellent. Everything was well maintained, clean, and family-friendly. We especially loved all the complimentary touches they offer in the lobby — it made the experience feel even more special. Our kids also loved the games and activities available for children, which made the stay even better for the whole family. Overall, everything was super amazing.
