"I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this place! From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. Genuinely a 10/10 experience and one you won't regret if you book. We will definitely be back next time we visit Budapest. "

"When you plan to visit this hotel You must lower your expectation and it is not about staff , it is about hotel policies and how property is maintained .Breakfast average , spa below average , GYM really bad , when you take a shower be ready for a flood ( I i stayed in3 different rooms thru my stay ), you must learn Hungarian in order to be able to communicate for basic requests"

"I've stayed at this hotel three different times now, and every stay has been a wonderful experience. This most recent visit was for 5 nights, and once again everything was excellent. The location is superb — my family lives in Százhalombatta, so it’s very convenient for visiting them, while also being only about a 10-minute drive from the city. There’s also great shopping all around the area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are always nice, clean, cozy, and very relaxing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they consistently provide great service. One of my favorite parts is the breakfast buffet — there are so many options! As a Hungarian, I especially appreciated the Hungarian breakfast choices. :) Parking is also very easy and safe, with spaces located right next to the hotel. Thank you!"

The bathroom, in particular the shower area was mouldy and not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. However the toiletries provided were adequate although the towels were pretty thin. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to boast about and not worth €15 by any stretch. However the communal areas, the river views and surrounding area were beautiful to look at and walk around and the staff especially the Breakfast staff working today (17/05/26), were a delight, great with our 1 year old and very helpful and professional. So much so, it almost made up for the disappointing overnight stay."

"I am writing to share some feedback following my recent stay at the INFINITY Budapest Hotel.On arrival, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I was particularly grateful to the gentleman working the morning shift who allowed me to check in early. Furthermore, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by a few structural and design issues in the guest rooms:Noise and Light Pollution: I was unable to sleep due to extensive noise from the corridor, including footsteps/ heels on the hard flooring and sounds from the seating area below.Door Gaps and Safety: There was a substantial gap between the bottom of the bedroom door and the floor frame. This allowed corridor noise and bright morning sunlight (around 4:30 AM) to stream directly onto my bed. Additionally, this gap raises safety concerns regarding whether the doors are properly sealed fire doors.Bathroom Privacy: While the shower room was visually stunning, the all-glass design lacks privacy. It looks directly into the bedroom, which makes the room configuration unsuitable for friends or family members traveling together. I was traveling solo, but had I been with my best friend, this would have been a massive issue for us.Missing Fixtures: There was no hook available to hold a towel while taking a shower.The hotel has so much potential and is very lovely overall. I hope you find this feedback constructive for future"
