Compact but very well laid out and functional.

"This was the first time that we have used the Z hotels and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room is only as wide as the length of the double bed, however the design of the facilities was excellent and the shower room was so well laid out it was better than some larger hotel bathrooms. We would stay again."

Great hotel in a perfect location

"We had a lovely one night stay at the Angel - everything was perfect - friendly helpful staff, comfortable, super clean room with lovely toiletries and a great breakfast. The location is perfect too for all city centre amenities. We went to the New Theatre which was a 10min stroll away. We will definitely stay again when we are next in Cardiff "

"Amazing stay again. Beautiful room and view. Breakfast was fantastic as always. Staff amazing especially Darran and Paul on concerige always professional and make our stay memorable. They truly are amazing people and assets too the Celtic manor. Dave the driver was also a lovely gentleman thank you for a wonderful break."

"Our stay at the Clayton Hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff at reception kindly checked us in an hour before the actual check-in time, and we also received a discount on parking from the hotel. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, we couldn't ask for more. Thank you Clayton Hotel!"
