"The room was beautiful, very modern. Very clean. staff was very friendly. I felt extremely secure great service with the shuttle to and from the airport. Only reason I might hesitate depending on your situation. Is there's no privacy Once you step out of the shower, you step right into the area in front of the sink, so if there's two people or more trying to get ready at the same time, it's a little challenging. other than that I loved it."

"Highly recommended! The staff are truly exceptional — absolute professionals who handled every request and issue I had with efficiency, kindness, and genuine care. Special thanks to Bridget and Melvine at the reception for their outstanding support and warm hospitality. I would also like to thank Owen from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He did his very best to brighten my day when it wasn’t going particularly well, and his kindness truly lifted my spirits. I would also like to recognize the Housekeeping Supervisor, who handled an issue with my laundry in a highly professional manner. The situation was managed efficiently, thoughtfully, and with great attention to customer satisfaction — exactly the level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel. The food was simply outstanding. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. You are the real gems of the hospitality industry and a credit to Best Western Upper Hill.
