"Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. "

"It was a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and professional, including the concierge folks and housekeeping. Notably, Joshua, Mary and Miriam, in the dining room room and John were amazing. Our room was rather small, but still very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the spa treatment as well and the dining breakfast options were amazing and I appreciate it that they had vegan options for myself. We will definitely come back for future trip trips. "
