"One of the best hotels I’ve ever been stayed at. Great location! Their fitness center was fantastic. Same goes for the sauna, pool and steam room. Good breakfast and helpful staff!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. One down side is that the A/C was not working and I was not able to cool the room down at night for sleeping. Amenities were nice, but sauna was run down and in disrepair."

"Room was quite nice, the bed very comfortable and the shower had very good pressure. Breakfast options were also very good, hot food actually being kept hot and every seemed good quality. Location also suited us well, quite close to tram and bus stops, reasonably short walk to her old town and as well as being a short walk to the ferry terminal."

"My stay would have been wonderful if upon check in I wasn’t charged 10 Euros to check in one hour early. The front desk advised me that my room was ready but if I wanted it before 3pm (it was 145pm) I had to pay the 10 Euros which I find absolutely ridiculous and a money grab. It would be different if I was several hours early or if they gave me another room instead. The location was great for the ferry to Helsinki and walking distance to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, okay selection but run out of a lot of things. The Spa and swimming pool area was lovely."

"A great location, good size room, liked the wall between us and the children but at the same time being in the same room. Friendly staff, able to leave bags and check in early for an extra €10. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoyed playing ping pong. Only thing missing is I Would have liked a bar at night."
