"Uno Hotel had amazing service, rooms, views, and sense of calm in our very busy and hectic summer trip to see the Art Islands and Okayama. We were able take 3 separate ferry trips and visit 2 places within Okayama on our 6 night stay. We never went to the onsen, but absolutely loved the area and the little coffee shop in the town that was also a hostel. We will be back!"

The room was a little tired with some peeling wallpaper and it smelled of smoke when I first arrived (non-smoking room). The cleaning service was good and we received fresh towels every day. Loaner umbrellas most helpful for the rainy day. Staff was friendly and shared lots of smilies. Toyko Inn has become a name we trust to use as travelers. Thank you."
