"Ok for short stay. Price was fair. It’s an older hotel and the staff seemed tired and over worked and quite likely under paid. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are likely better options available in a more walkable location "

"I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus. "

There is constant chatter 3 meters from the bed from 7.00 to after midnight. So you can't sleep until everyone has left the common area. One should stop using this room. Cobwebs over the bed. Constantly wet floor in the bathroom because a faucet drips, so the water runs across the floor. So you stand on...
