"Staff yelled at me for using a coffee mug at breakfast instead of. Plastic when they had coffee mugs right there. We only had two towels and 1/2 roll tp on day 1. I called to ask for towel and tp she said you can come down and get them!!!! Wow. "

"I stayed at the dorm hotel, visiting my daughter at Cornell. The first night I was there. The room had a generator outside there was no way I could sleep. I had to attend a few functions at the next day. Completely exhausted. Thankfully, they put me in a different room the following night and I was finally able to sleep. Overall, the dorm hotel is very clean and very convenient. If I were the manager, I would have handed out a discount for another visit for how uncomfortable that first room was, but they did not. I’m not sure. I’ll stay there again, but it is very clean and we taken care of."

"The property was very cool- vintage motel with great special touches ( smores packs on the room). The room was very nice and clean - retro feel with great big windows. The only complaint was the snippiness of the staff regarding check in and check out. I also had asked to drop my bag in the room an hour early and was told only if I paid the early checkin fee of 50 dollars. That seemed steep since I was just dropping a bag and checking where they were located since I was traveling alone and not going to then be returning until late- besides the room itself was a bit pricey to start. Very cool property though-"
