"Everything is good, friendly staff, convenient location and good selection of breakfast buffit, except that no cleaning during the time I stayed (two nights). I don't know if I need to order room cleaning. Shouldn't it be standard for room cleaning and no cleaning only when asked?"

"Location was perfect! Right by the station & very close to the St Nicholas festivities which coincided with when I was there. Hotel staff were very helpful & reception was festive too. Only stayed for one night but I arrived late en route to Paris & just wanted somewhere easy & comfortable to stay - which it was! Room was compact but very comfortable & the shower was excellent. After soaking up the atmosphere outside (main square of Nancy was beautifully decorated!) I slept like a log. Great value. "
