"Convenient location, right next to the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Having a kitchen was a bonus. We were able to feed three hungry teenagers their fill of Hida beef without breaking the piggy bank."
"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, in the quiet area but also easy to get to the tourist spots. We will definitely stay in the same hotel if we come back to Kanazawa 😊"
"A clean, efficient unit, much like a small apartment. Has a stove top, microwave and small kitchen to prepare simple meals or heat up things. About a 10min walk to the train station and a short wall to a bus stop and family mart. It is a walk up so you will need to climb stairs to your unit. The bathroom is like new and the bed is comfortable. "
"The property was well equipped to receive us and was clean. It was easy to access the property, do the check in and use different house appliances.
It’s 15 min waking distance from the station and 15-20 min to some touristic spots
Overall a good experience

"Very nice stay at this house. Felt like a traditional house and exactly what we were looking for. It’s walkable to Kanazawa’s attractions and to food places. Only gripe is there were some small stains in the Washitsu room. Still clean, I just noticed those stains were there. All in all, a great place to stay at. Check in and out were super easy"
"A really great place to stay. Very spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It is a true one-bedroom unit with plenty of room. The Chromecast on the TV is a great touch because you can stream any content off your phone if you don't speak a Japanese.
We really loved staying here."
"It was very nice apartment, located in a quiet residential area, however it was near many attractions, restaurants and the train station. I would definitely consider staying again. "

"ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa is a big, friendly hotel that is easy to find, easy to reach, and comfortable in all the best ways. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my wife and I during our recent two-week stay. We tried one of the in-hotel restaurants, a Japanase traditional style restaurant of the 5th floor. It was splendid, quiet, spacious and beautiful, with a small roof-top Japanese style garden just outside the picture windows. The food was also excellent, served with much attention to traditional practices. Housekeeping, the bell captain and all other staffers we interacted with were excellent. The bar on 19 has a commanding view of Kanazawa downtown, especially nice at night. The hotel has laundry services, but we opted to use a neighborhood coin laundry (which also takes credit cards and some IC cards) about one block away. As usual among Japanese cities, the area around this hotel and the adjacent main train station has many shopping malls, hotels, shops, restaurants and other service businesses. In other words, it looked busy and successful, to us as visitors and foreigners. During our stay, the city celebrated its annual Hyakumangoku festival, which is one of the reasons we stayed in this city. We also explored various interesting districts nearby, and took a tour of a few regional areas of interest. Coming back in the hotel to a comfortable bed and hot shower after walking around a few hours always felt really good! I recommend this hotel."

"We are happy that this hotel has been selected for our 3 days trip in Kanazawa. Great location and nice staff. Only got some small issues during the check in time, but hotel staff fixed with prompt action. Good restaurant locates in the hotel, excellent breakfast and dinner. This will be again our choice if we go back, and will definitely recommend to friends"

"We really appreciated the staff helping us change when I realised I made a mistake in the bed configuration. The corner twin room was very comfortable. Of course, we also chose Dormy Inn for the onsen, but this time it was also because the weekend parade was almost at door step. "

"The staff was very welcoming, and the property was clean. The amenities are great - drinks in the lobby, popsicles and yogurt drinks at the onsen, ramen noodles and toiletries as needed. We found the onsen to nice but very busy at times, so we tried to go when we thought less people would be there. Breakfast was wonderful! Our daughter’s loved the matcha and hot chocolate. In Japan you most likely need to book kids over the age of 13 as an adult. Double check with the property details on this."

"10 minute walk from Kanazawa station. Close to the Samurai and Geikko districts, as well as next to the fish market. Great options for food, and helpful staff in making reservations."
