"Exceptional hotel in a posh shopping area with several restaurant options. Service was excellent and very helpful with setting up day tours (thanks again Biagio!). Highly recommend!"

"Very good location, comfortable hotel.
Extremely hospitable.
Special thanks to Massimo at the desk for his continious care, professionalism and service, it was pleasure to have you! "
"Nice room, good space, modern, easy check in, friendly check in process - there is no 'front desk' as such so we had to arrange a time to meet someone to collect keys. this was an easy process."

"Staff is great. Rooms are clean Not many amenities. Set up like apartments. Code to get in door from the street. And code to get in your room. This is the perfect place to stay if you are going to be out touring and you just need a safe and clean place to sleep and shower. Area is safe. Shops nearby. Metro and taxi stand 3 blocks away"
"Great room, amazing shower! Breakfast was lovely. Hotel was lovely marred a bit by the location down a dingy side street, however the location to shops and restaurants was great "
"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
